Dr. James Henson has been practicing orthodontics since 1990 and has offices in Lake Jackson and Angleton. After receiving his doctorate in dentistry, Dr. Henson had a private practice in general dentistry and joined the faculty at the University of Texas at Houston as a part-time dentistry instructor. After three years in general dentistry, Dr. Henson decided to return to school and earned his Specialized Orthodontic Degree from the University of Texas.
Dr. Henson is an esteemed member of the dental community and continues to contribute to that community by conducting public lectures on oral hygiene, serving as an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics and American Dental Society. He has extensive orthodontic expertise, including a wealth of knowledge in Invisalign treatment, and continues to seek out the latest and greatest treatment options for his patients. A Houston native, Dr. Henson has lived in Texas his entire life. When he’s out of the office, you can find him golfing, saltwater fishing, or enjoying family time with his wife and four children.
